Exp'd Sound Man with available PA seeks Cover Band

Hi I'm looking for one special cover band that understands you can only really sound great when you have an experienced sound engineer out front. Having your bass player fiddling with a cell phone app for your Front of House just doesn't cut it. Monitors - yeah, works great for that. I have a full analog PA, although if you went out and bought an expensive new digital setup we can use that -- analog or digital is all the same to me. If you use my PA, singers need to provide their own (decent) mics and stands is all. If you just want a hired gun at a nightly rate for an occasional special gig, that's OK, but I'm really looking for one band so we can work together to really get the sound dialed in with all surprises ironed out so we can relax and focus on sounding awesome night after night. Which means I show up to rehearsals, do your cousin's wedding for a freebie, hump gear, and everything else that goes with being a band member. I take the same $ share as the band, so when you do well, I do well, otherwise - well, other than the cousin's wedding scenario it's usually worked out for everyone so far. Central and Southern NH and Northern MA woiks for me. Thanks!!
