We are seeking responsible applicants to serve as Team Leaders, Drivers/ and or Team Leaders, and Laborers at our new construction homes. What you will do as a Team Leader: - Ensure that the daily operations are fulfilled in a timely manner - Report to the General Contractor for all briefings and instructions throughout various projects - Pass drug test/background check What you will do as a Driver: - Act as the team leader for your moving team, and execute a game plan for the move - Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck - Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory - Pass drug test/background check What you will do as a Laborer: - Comply with all federal, state, and local safety health regulations - Taking apart or constructing scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures for the construction site - Digging trenches and backfill holes to prepare for the construction site - Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites - Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors - Loading and unloading at least 50 lbs of building materials - Cleaning the construction site by removing hazardous materials and debris from the worksite - Pass drug test/background check Job Type: Full-time, Mondays - Fridays; 8 am - 5 pm, occasionally on Saturdays Job Type: Full-time Requirements: * Able to work flexible hours with a normal shift of 8-12 hours * Able to lift at least 50 pounds * Able to be flexible with last-minute schedule changes * Overtime work available and required.
