Advancement opportunities and a chance to grow and advance within the organization WHAT WILL MY DAY LOOK LIKE? · Perform work as outlined on repair order(s) with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards · Production, non-customer facing work environment · Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Notify Production Manager immediately if additional work outlined is not needed and/or required. · Document all work performed. · Road-test vehicles when required or refer to test technician. · Maintain neat, organized and clean work area. Qualifications - Automotive Tech, Mechanic experience is required Dealership service department experience is preferred Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc. Analytical with a good work ethic and top problem-solving skills A positive attitude and works well in a high-volume, team setting Valid driver's license and good driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
