I can make or build almost anything and if I can't do it, I know who can. I have years of experience working in the film industry building sets, models, props and even prototypes. I can do fine carpentry, metal work, lighting, painting, antique restoration, mold making and reproduction, sculpture and wood carving -and more. It's very likely you've seen a commercial, movie or even theme park project I've worked on. Over the pandemic when the industry went into a coma I started building my own workshop. Now I have a full fledged work space, with just about all the tools and machinery I'd need for most projects. After taking on a number of projects myself I realize that there's a niche market for my skill set. Essentially, it's high end bespoke residential builds for wealthy clients. Something that you wouldn't trust a general contractor to do right. See the pictures attached for the kind of work I'm talking about. I'm great at designing and building things and even managing people working with me on that stuff. However, I am not good at social media, marketing, client outreach and paperwork. I already have a name for the business, website domains and an insane portfolio of work. Just looking at the housing market right now, I KNOW that there is market for the kind of work I can do. I am looking to either partner with someone who's great at the things i am not and interested in growing a business with me -OR- I'd like to partner with already established interior designers.
