Day Porter Evening & Weekend Shifts Part-time & Full Time, Evening & Weekend Shifts Available Night Shift hours: Monday-Thursday 1:00PM-10:00PM, Friday-Saturday 2:00PM-11:00PM, Sunday 1:00PM-9:00PM Multiple positions available. DayPorter, Powerwasher, Maintenance. Part-time and Full-time schedules. Night and Day Shifts. Outdoor Retail Center located in Tempe We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our maintenance team. Our team performs any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an outdoor retail center. Requirements: Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance and cleaning. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties. Applicant must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Tasks Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other areas Empty trash, recyclable receptacles and ashtrays Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas Dust and polish furniture and equipment Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors Wash store front windows and doors Report any needed repairs immediately to Maintenance Check entire property for spills or water to clean up immediately Clean kiosk carts Set up and remove any decorations, tables and chairs to prepare facilities for events Parking lot detail Operates machinery and equipment as needed Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department Other tasks as assigned Work Environment: Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive temperatures, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time. Benefits: Applicable eligibility requirements and waiting periods apply. Pay rate negotiable depending on experience $15-20 Hourly.
