Come be a part of our elite cleaning service company. Mr. Steamers is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. Along with our cutting edge cleaning processes, we provide up to date training and are looking for leaders who are ready and willing to run their own truck. $15.00 paid training for the first 4-8 weeks. Following the training period with our hourly performance based pay plan + commission. Full Time/Part Time available. Carpet Cleaning Technicians are responsible for providing unparalleled cleaning services while upholding company policies and exceeding customer expectations. In addition: Drive company vehicles as needed. While training, assist the Crew Chief in all duties necessary to provide quality services and customer service. Set up/Break down the van at the job site using the proper procedures. Block and pad furniture as needed. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning as per bases. Clean the van at the end of each day. Uphold all company safety policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Provide quality carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning and related services to customer. An ability to work independently, or in a team setting. Responsible for the cleanliness and care of Mr. Steamers vehicles. Valid Drivers License. Consent to background checks. Must be able to move and/or lift 50lbs (avg.). Candidates will be required to complete a motor vehicles record check and criminal background check. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle.
