Re-homing my 5 year old Lab Boxer mix

I unfortunately think I have to re-home my dog Baby. Baby is a 5 year old yellow lab-boxer mix who has always been an extremely friendly dog, but has spent an unfortunate amount of her life outside. over the last year Baby has shown some concerning aggressions towards my girlfriend. I don't know the cause of the aggressive behavior, but she has never acted like this before and in the interest of as happy as possible of a life for Baby and for my partner I fear i may need to re-home her. She has all of her shots, but she is not fixed. A small re-homing fee would apply.
