***Start Tomorrow/Empieza Manana*** Local Foundation Company is NOW HIRING!!!! General Laborers, Crew Leaders, and Foundation Repair Estimators AND Subcontractors!!! Top pay! Full Time! General Laborers: Starting pay $15 per hour Monday - Saturday 8-5 Duties as follows- General Laborers will be responsible for loading and unloading the trailer, digging holes, trenches, mixing cement, pouring cement, installing piers/beams/joices under houses, and following instructions from Crew Leader. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work outdoors. Requirements- 2 FORMS of ID (no exceptions), boots, long sleeve shirts, and reliable transportation. Crew Leader: Starting pay $ Depends on experience and will determined at interview Monday - Saturday 8-5 Duties as follows- Daily reporting on project progress, making sure all plans are being followed, clocking in and keeping work crews times, following direct instructions from owner, must be willing to lead and work alongside general laborers. Requirements- 2 FORMS of ID (no exceptions), boots, long sleeve shirts, and reliable truck for transporting trailer and equipment to assigned location. Foundation Repair Estimator: Contract Position $$ on Commission Duties as follows- - To provide estimates done with integrity, honesty, and fairness - To provide quality, professional customer service to our customers - To assess properties from our leads - To prepare a foundation repair estimate by providing a detailed diagram with elevations and exact measurements of the foundation, including the location of the beams - To prepare a foundation repair estimate by providing a detailed plan of foundation repairs which may include but not limited to the number of slab/concrete/piers, amount of linear feet of replacement of beams/joices/etc, amount of linear feet of skirting repairs, and the costs associated - To speak to customer and check on job sites periodically Estimator Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements- Analyzing Inspections, Estimating, Planning, Reporting Research Results, Strategic Planning, Attention to Detail, Informing Others, Quality Customer Service Subcontractors- Must have your own equipment, trailer, and crew!
