We are a small and growing commercial landscape maintenance company based in South Austin. Our work day is from 7:00am to around 3:30pm. Starting wage is $13/hour or more depending on experience. There is room for growth in wages and experience. HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT? -We don't lay off staff in the winter when things slow down. -We don’t just do landscape maintenance. We actively look for problems at our client’s properties, flag them to our clients, and often fix them. -We are small and flexible. REQUIREMENTS -Have a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number and be legally able to work. -Have a good attitude and the ability to get along with a tight-knit crew. -Be hardworking, punctual, and respectful. -Take pride in your work. -Have transportation to get to shop in Manchaca; we’ll use our trucks to get to the job sites. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Mowing and edging -Leaf blowing and collecting -Planting new sod, plants, shrubs, and trees -General landscaping (spraying, applying mulch or gravel) -Porter service (general cleanup) -Light carpentry Paid weekly by direct deposit or check and earn paid time off.
