Our leader Katie Brown just signed a new law this week. Being able to read and write is no longer necessary to graduate high school. She said it will boost test scores and help minority students. Yes, it's hard to believe the insanity of a liberal democrat. But this is the new Oregon under democratic control. Being flushed down the crapper just like our tax dollars and children's minds.
