Hello all! I am hoping to find a trustworthy person to work with me on fixing up a property. This work would involve cleaning, organizing, embellishing and essentially fixing up this place. I'm throwing out a wide net as I'm looking to find someone that is willing to work as a fixer to help me get this place in shape which could involve a lot of different sorts of work including getting rid of some items as well. I am offering $20 an hour for the work but the price is negotiable. We can certainly find an amount that suits you. The house is historic and really just needs a helping hand. Most importantly I need someone that I can trust to be on the property and work with me. I would really appreciate references or if not, a meeting or two before work begins. I am not asking for loads of past experience, but do want to feel like the house is in good hands. This is a running offer that could include yard work and continued cleaning and general house keeping if it feels like a good fit to you. All inquires welcome. Thank you all for your time.
