Description
Essential Duties:
*Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of property (minor electrical,
plumbing, lighting).
*Painting
*Order materials and provide status updates to Management.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Full time position - Monday through Friday, hours to be determined (in the time frame of 6:00 am - 7:00 pm).
Experience: 2 years (preferred)
