Production Team Member The Production Team Member is an integral member of the Crimsafe Team, focusing on assembling security window and door screens. Position Title: Production Team Member ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Working in the production department fabricating and assembling various products 2. Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions 3. Verifying dimensions and product specifications 4. Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present 5. Marking cutting lines on material 6. Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in 7. Ensuring that quality control standards are met 8. Maintaining a production schedule 9. Testing products for their functionality 10. Operating various tools and machinery 11. Effective communication skills 12. Must be responsible for and knowledgeable of quality, workmanship and company production standards 13. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and read measuring devices 14. Complete paperwork required by operations 15. Ability to pay attention to detail 16. Perform daily housekeeping tasks 17. Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this role PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to squat, crouch, bend, twist, lift, pull, reach, and walk frequently every day. • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor level and up to 75 pounds from waist level. • Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.).
