Currently looking to hire for positions for Groundskeepers and Porters in the San Fernando valley & surrounding areas. We are looking for amazing candidates that are reliable, will show up on time and ready to help! We have flexible schedules as well as full time schedules. No experience necessary for our grounds keeping or porter positions. Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): Daily Upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators Power Washing Sweeping and dumpster cleaning Replace light bulbs in Common Areas, Pathways, Garage and Parking Areas Cobweb removal and sanitizing of stairwells Basic cleaning including cleaning pool furniture Must be able to take direction and be accountable Our Work comes in the form of part time to full time opportunities.
