help! 3 kittens and injured mama cat

hello! we have a cat outside that ended up staying in our yard about 8mo ago. she has a broken hand and she limps around. so we started to feed her and we want to get her hand fixed and get her shots. now she has 3 baby kittens that are adorable but we need help on what to do- any info or advice would be helpful. we tried taking her to emergency clinics, going to try another today but they said they wouldn't fix her because she hasn't had her shots and they don't take "strays" help!!
