Emergency Restoration & Cleaning, a locally owned and operated company that has been serving the greater Sacramento area since 2010 is looking for a Project Manager. Emergency Restoration & Cleaning provides complete solutions for water damage restoration, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. The Project Manager is responsible for providing oversight and project management throughout the entire restoration and reconstruction process. This includes providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, as well as managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, budgeting, scheduling, and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project. Compensation: • Base starting salary: $70,000 or DOE • Employee is eligible for quarterly bonus • Company vehicle, cell phone and laptop provided Benefits: • Company pays $250 monthly toward health plan • Dental & Vision covered 100% for employees Responsibilities: • Respond to property damage emergency calls • Manage reconstruction projects through the entire lifecycle • Manage and develop job schedules and budgets • Perform regular onsite inspections of work in process • Maintain project efficiency and profitability • Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements • Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors • Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships • Provide positive team leadership Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience as a project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industry • Xactimate experience is preferred • Skilled at managing budgets and schedules • Exceptional organizational and planning skills • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable • Professional appearance • Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check and have a clean driving record
