San Juan Basin Public Health is hiring a part-time Facilities Technician. This person will perform basic building maintenance work such as installing light bulbs, furniture set-up and repair, room arrangement, basic plumbing, painting, snow/ice removal and general grounds maintenance; perform basic duties essential to maintaining fleet vehicles, including scheduling, and transporting vehicles for regular service; perform basic custodial activities. Incumbents also contract and monitor the work of contracted maintenance services and reviews invoices for payment. Basic knowledge of office phone systems and standard business suite software required. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The qualifications for the position are two years of experience in a similar role and valid state driver's license with clean driving record. Benefits for non-exempt employees, less than 80%, are Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Program, Retirement Plan option and Supplemental Insurance. This position is scheduled to close 8/30/2021, or until an adequate pool is reached. The hiring range for this position is to $16.36 to $20.04 an hour.
