As a sales rep you would be calling companies and asking if they need assistance in hiring and then coming up with proposals and meeting with the companies. As a recruiting representative you would be calling people from adds made and having them come into interviews, conducting interviews and making sure applications get filled out. Hours are 8am to 5 pm with optional overtime, pay is 11$ hourly with commission.
