Moving sand from a riding arena?

Hi neighbors! I am looking for someone who can move the top 3" of sand from a 70' by 90' riding arena. We'll be moving it 50-100 feet into a paddock. Pretty straight forward! We do not have the equipment for this - please only respond if you do. If you have a bobcat mini excavator we're guessing that would be the best machine for the job.
