Recently, I read a post here seeking a reciprocal type artist relationship interested in sharing collective inspirational ideas and motivation in facilitating the artistic process. As the ad mentioned, this would not be a teaching nor mentoring relationship, only conjoining efforts to get the creative juices flowing in positive directions and share ideas.
An artist by trade, I make a living working with the Adobe applications. I earned my fine arts degree and have an extensive background in studio arts... oil painting, watercolors, sketching & drawing, silkscreen printing as well as landscape architecture and photography. My latest occupation doesn't allow much room for using my hands to create, yet it does afford me more time on my hands, so I've recently unpacked my drawing boards and charcoals, sketchpads, brushes and knives so I can get back to my roots.
If you're interested in a collective sharing of ideas and motivation that truly is cooperative, symbiotic and reciprocal, possibly sometimes even critical, while being sensitive, we might could work well together. Seeking someone in the greater Hartford / Springfield / Northampton areas.
