Outstanding entry level construction opportunity! Join our team and learn the skills and all aspects of high-end craftsmanship in new construction from our highly skilled team. We are a high-end, luxury townhome development located on the South Hill, currently in phase one of a multi-year three phase build out. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, smart, hard-working individual with an interest in building custom town homes and advancing in the construction trade. We have a small team that works well together in a positive manner. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week M-F with weekends off and can start immediately. If you are considering a career in high end residential construction this unique opportunity will provide a great start for the right candidate with outstanding potential. Qualifications: • Basic carpentry skills are a plus but not required • High School diploma or GED • Reliable transportation • Ability to work on a team and follow directions • Must be able to pass a background check • Covid Vaccination Compensation: Starting pay $20.00, with potential for a substantial increase after 60-day performance review.
