Sorry for your hit and run. Unfortunately this is the new norm for crimes to be committed with no repercussions for criminals in Seattle. Over 200 Police Officers quit in Seattle, about 100 more either transferred out, or took early retirement because of the city's radical leadership. It is going to get even worse, worse that is for lawful citizens, and it is going to get better for criminals. This is the "defund the Police" reality.
