Now hiring Maintenance Technicians in two locations: Lowville & Evans Mills Job Duties include: • Maintaining the day-to-day operations & physical assets of the property • Complete maintenance work orders as assigned • Complete all aspects of the make-ready process of vacant apartments • Maintain grounds to include curb appeal of the property, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents, vendors, contractors & coworkers • Perform on call duties on a rotational basis for emergency after-hours work calls Applicant must: • Possess reliable transportation to work • Possess a valid driver’s license • Favorably pass a drug test & background screening • Have basic tools needed for day-to-day operations Submit resume or letter of interest for consideration Our comprehensive benefits package provides health care, retirement planning, paid time off, and much more to help with your needs today and to build for your future tomorrow.
