Position available for an experienced general maintenance mechanic for a variety of responsibilities for a church and its residential properties. Duties may include, minor repairs, touch up - painting, light carpentry, Must possess a working knowledge of heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical, inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment. Ensure the attractive internal and external appearance of all buildings and grounds, lawn care, and snow removal. Salary based on experience.
