*** Help Wanted *** First Keystone Pecos Industrial Park, a 75 acre project located at Hwy 17 and CR204, is seeking an independent contractor to perform maintenance and ‘small-job’ tasks for the park roads and buildings. Description: • Scheduled weekly drive-through, inspecting roads for maintenance and upkeep. • Building maintenance(plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry) Compensation: Contract to include monthly fee for scheduled inspections, with ‘small-jobs’ on a time and materials basis. Hourly wage DOE.
