Need handyman/skilled labor professionals to complete miscellaneous jobs for rental home make-ready. We have immediate needs for vinyl flooring installation, drywall hang/finishing, door locks, sweeping, basement clean out, thorough deep-clean, chimney prepare for flue install, chimney cap install, roofing and light plumbing, electrical, etc. Other opportunities include tile work, painting, drywall, HVAC a/c freon recharge, windows, carpentry, make readys, and thorough cleaning. Reply only if you: * can work starting out at approx. 30 or more hours/week. * have verifiable excellent, reliable, quality work experience * keep appointments or deadlines * photos of past work * send e-photos each day showing work completed * are a self-starter * do not need constant supervision * proficiency in providing a detailed material list in advance (approx. 2 full weekdays) of work to be done * prefer having property manager purchase material in advance during normal business hours, M-F ((i.e. drywall, fast minute powder joint compound, screws, drywall tape, vinyl flooring (underlayment, glue and vinyl), caulk, paint, roller covers, brushes, paint pans, tarps, concrete blocks, wood, others not mentioned could be discussed.)) * have essential tools, ladder(s), accessories * have reliable transportation * can pass a drug test * arrive, depart on time * no criminal theft, burglery, violent crime * work with attention to detail * will leave job site in/outside clean, organized, all scrap discarded Please send your contact info and brief experience background to: Attention of Superintendent.
