Good Morning, Been looking around the Tri-Cities to see if there are any community organizations who would be able to help my dad out into getting some porch rails reinstalled on the front 2 porch steps. He's recently been in the hospital along with getting older his balance/stability is not the quite same as a couple months ago. Low income household and he is blind so being on a fixed income makes its hard for house improvements that are neccesary for his safety. Or if you know of any organizations that you could refer me to, that'd be great as well! Thank you for time Have a good day~
