Looking for a skilled construction foreman. Pay is negotiable depending on experience, skills, motivation and desire. Must have strong work ethic, be reliable, be able to climb a ladder, lift 80#, have dependable transportation and must have valid drivers license. People skills and ability to work with customers and co-workers is a must. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug testing. Must have prior carpentry experience pertaining to major residential remodels and be able to instruct and work with general labors on jobs.
