Need help with a tire

Came to angelton tx from la porte, tx to pay on warrants I have on tickets and set up payment plan. On the way here had a blow out on my back left tire. Need gas also. But main concern is there any christian people here in Angelton, TX. Who would be willing to help me get a used tire. I'll be around for a bit. My appointment with the municipal courts isn't until 1:00 p.m. I'm not asking for money just a used tire. I'll figure out the rest. Tire size is 215/70R15.
