Personal Assistant - Part Time

Looking for someone proactive, sharp and detail oriented, with good communication skills and the ability to be able to anticipate problems and complete tasks with very little guidance. The position is very part time (5-10 hours per week). Responsibilities will vary and range from simple errands and tasks (groceries, cleaners, organizing, etc.) to research and assistance with business. Also some potential cat sitting so must like cats. Requirements: - own car with license/insurance - located in Santa Barbara - email and internet savvy - own laptop with wifi (preferably MAC) - Detail oriented and able to complete tasks - Punctuality is a must Responsibilities: - Phone calls and booking meetings/appointments/travel - Running errands (i.e. market, dry cleaner, post office - pretty much anything) - Emails - Facilitating light home repairs (coordinating, picking up supplies, contacting repair people) - Research (online and other) - Organizing - Cat sitting Pay will start at $15/hour (cash) for up to 30 days for evaluation at which point performance and pay will be reassessed.
