Local (Simi Valley T.O or West San Fernando Valley), Fluent English speaking only need apply. Punctuality and common sense is also a must. Need someone to help with a myriad of projects in and around the house. Landscaping, automotive, packing home goods-furnishings, plumbing, other as directed. I don't ask you to do anything I would not do. I do not have time to do it all myself One only needs to have GOOD commonsense and be able to follow explicit direction is a MUST. Tools and knowhow are supplied. Mask is required at ALL times you are on the property. (you supply.) Days available are Fridays through Tuesday. 7:30 to 1:30 6 hrs (some what flexible) $14 an hour cash, at end of day.
