1) This job requires a valid CA driver's license. 2) Must be clean cut, have a can do attitude, and professionalism with customers. 3) Clean driving record. Must be able and willing to drive the moving truck on occasion. 4) Being on-time is a must. Being late more than 3 times is an automatic termination. Being 10 minutes early is considered 10 minutes late. 5) Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs and follow procedures and safety protocols. 6) Must be quick on feet and be able to utilize problem solving skills. 7) Must be a very hard worker and meet high physical demands. 8) Must be able to follow directions clearly. 9) Having a truck is a plus. Will be reimbursed for gas and mileage. 10) Must be able to wake up early for jobs. 11) Inexperienced movers are welcome but must be teachable and able to follow instructions! Note: This is a paid for performance job. Raises are given to those who show exemplary performance!
