Apply Now: Duties and responsibilities:  Assess existing conditions and implement plan to conform with quoted project data.  Oversee and train crew to comply with all local and national electrical codes.  Maintain accurate job documents.  Report changes from existing scope to PM.  Must have excellent leadership, organization, and planning capabilities. Minimum 7 years experience commercial electrical installs, overseeing crew, managing job schedule, ordering and receiving supplies, exceeding our customers' expectations through comprehensive planning and excellent communication. Coach and develop staff. Construct, install and repair electrical structures and fixtures using various building, electrical and lighting materials and tools with minimum waste of manpower or resources meeting the quality standards of the National Electrical Code and Box Electric Company. Must be able to read blue prints, team lead, follow SOP and delegate. Valid NCDL is required. Prepare logical and realistic plans with appropriate time lines  Anticipates obstacles Follows plans, but can adjust plans and change priorities when there is good reason to do so Takes into account variable resources (manpower, materials, equipment) Effective Team Leader OSHA 10 required, (OSHA 30 a plus) Goal oriented Electrical License a plus RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL Apply Now:
