Meet Sadie Lady! Medical history She is approximately 2 years old, a cancer survivor, and had a littler of puppies when she was far too young. There is a cloudy spot in one eye, it doesn't cause her any issues though. She has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccines, routine medical care, is cleared of cancer, and up to date on flea/worm/heartworm meds. Training She knows basic commands. Sit, lay down, come, stay, in (kennel or doors), heel, give, take. She barks occasionally, but knows when she's told to stop. She's not yet trusted off leash outside of fenced in areas, mainly due to her desire to eat squirrels lol She does very well on car rides, she loves them! She does great staying in her crate, she seeks it out at bedtime. She's working on separation anxiety from her people, she's nervous to be left alone at home but has made great progress! She shows her nerves by barking, she has never acted destructive in any way Temperament She loves respectful kids and adults. She does amazingly with "her puppy" who is a gentle 4yo kid. She loves dogs, but can be reactive at first depending on her handler. She had to stop going to dog parks due to her cancer treatment, but she had loved them before! She despises cats, but cmon, they're too full of themselves anyways! She is a very anxious dog, and does best with a calm confident handler. She loves an adventure, a good walk, but she's also a very calm couch potato at home. She spends her days at home lazing about, with an occasional energy spurt to play. Supplies She'll be going with allllll of her many things. Toys, kennel, blanket, food, seat belt, harness/collars, tracker. Requirements Any adopter will be asked to meet her before deciding, sign an adoption contract, give the info for the vet you use/have used, and allow the home to be seen. If at any point in Sadie's life the home is no longer a good fit, she can be returned no questions asked!
