Description
Compensation: $1 - $3 per arrow (can make up to two dozen an hour).
Employment type: part-time
Looking for someone to help fletch and assemble high-end custom arrows in our shop 4-6 hours a day.
Previous arrow fletching experience or hunting experience is preferred.
**Pay rate is based on per piece production** Approximately $300 - $500 week.
Job Duties:
Installing nocks, nock adapters, and lighted nocks.
Applying adhesive-backed Arrow Wraps.
Cutting carbon arrows to specific lengths with an arrow power saw.
Gluing on feathers or vanes using fletching jigs.
Installing brass weight adapters to the back of the standard inserts to match target weight.
Installing inserts with two-part epoxy or hot melt glue.
Repackaging completed arrows.
Necessary Skills:
Be friendly with a passion for perfection.
Be able to pay meticulous attention to detail.
Be comfortable using power saws, a blow torch, and various adhesives.
Be able to follow instructions exactly.
Be a good communicator.
Be reliable and punctual.
Accuracy, perfect assembly, and quality control are paramount.
The shop atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly.
