Bigelow Rentals is seeking motivated Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance and repair services to our apartment communities located in Green Bay and the surrounding area. Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience handling repairs that involve the following skills: - Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal - Plumbing - Electrical - Carpentry - Dry wall patch and repair - Painting - Appliance Repair - Ability to communicate with the office & tenants - Ability to work independently & efficiently - Valid driver's license - Previous maintenance experience preferred Our Maintenance Technicians handle work orders and other special projects within our properties. They interact regularly with our tenants, management staff and outside vendors. They play a key role in keeping our apartments and common areas fully operational.
