Need Certified Mechanic to help repair my Dodge Ram 2500 Truck

I am looking for a ASME certified Mechanic who is willing to help an older fella do some electrical repairs on my 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 liter 4 wheel drive truck. for immediate, I need some electrical trouble shooting... the truck just stopped starting. I have checked all fuses, wires and what ever I can think of... everything seems ok. The ignition comes on... but simply will not start. This happened all of the sudden. Duel batteries are full charge. I have repaired all of the battery terminals with soldered terminals, all wires are soldered into the terminals. No loose wires. Anyway... I am on SSI, disabled. So I am not made of money. I can afford $15 / hour for someone who is provably qualified. I am not looking for a back yard mechanic. And I can help, I am a designer and mechanical engineer, machinist etc. So I am capable to a point. I just need someone who knows this truck inside and out. If we can fix this... I want to do some overhaul of the top end, and fuel system. The engine has lost compression from using some bad batch of Biofuel at one point, and it has never been the same since. So I want to bring this truck back into top running condition. At which I will repaint... and put a dump flat bed on the back. I have less than 2 months to do the repairs, as I have to move myself, and a 40 foot container wherein I will possibly use this truck to do so if I cannot find someone else to move it during that timeframe. This container is a shop I am building to teach machining and design as a maker space. So I am also looking for a location (land or something with a structure, electric and so on) to move the container so I can have a location for the school project. Anyway... this truck is my work horse hopefully if we can get it working properly. This is URGENT to do this asap. you can email me or txt me.
