Clark Brothers Homes is looking to hire a sub-contractor full-time. Must be experienced in deck repairs, window installs, siding repairs, soffit/fascia repairs, etc. We specialize in residential roofing and exterior renovations. Must have general liability and workers comp. We will pay for insurance for the right candidate. Compensation is based upon experience. First month will be a paid trial run. If the candidate is a good fit, we will hire full-time. Monday-Friday, 8-5. Saturdays are only for emergencies. Pay is between $45-60k and gas card. Must have own tools and truck. We will provide trailer if needed. Helper will be needed and will be the responsibility of the candidate to choose a helper. They can work under your insurance or we can help them set up insurance as well. Helper’s pay is $15 an hour, $600 a week. We want someone who works hard, is detail oriented, and takes pride in their work. Must be self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile when needed, and work well with others. Professional appearance and good communication skills are important. This is not a short-term position. We are a veteran owned, family run company located in Roswell, GA. We serve clients all over the metro Atlanta area.
