Hello we are looking to add new teammates to our team. We do home Remoldling on vacant homes that we get from investors some are not owned from investors some are quick rental turns.. for the investors properties we go in and demo And take out everything and put back in new.. quick little flips.. Then we also have houses that all we do is go in change angle stops hang ceiling fans,faucets sometimes doors,and then do similar things as we do for our investors houses but not owned by investors there just quick turn rentals.. So depends were I can use you at within investors property or turn rental properties. we are looking for someone that knows how to do carpenters work.. below some things.. please read carefully before calling all details are In This post.. Must have tools and transportation.. Please no calls or text after 8pm.. 7-am -8pm hours for calls and responses please Install interior prehung doors Install baseboard Install cabinets Drywall patches Install windows Drywall texture Light plumbing Light Eletrical -hang ceiling fans and bathroom lights some time replace outlets etc.. Paint interior Paint exterior Install faucets Taper for paint (We are also looking for a framer at times. I actually need a framer right now for a room ceiling that needs the 2by 8s switched out..call for details on that job ) Those are list of few things we are looking for in the right person..you will not be doing all everything we are just looking for someone that really no how to do above and more to join our team and help out.. we are a small company but can keep the right person busy. 40 hours a week.. We vend out tile shower and tile floor if you do tile we may be able to use you to.. Carpet we vend out Roof we vend out Ac we vend out..
