I will be in Scottsdale at the end of the month helping a family member prep their home for sale ASAP. Home one level, approx 1400 sf interior Work will include, but not be limited to: — exterior painting —,interior painting — destruction of a ramada in the back yard — landscaping needs to be determined This will be a very tight work schedule, as i want the work completed while I’m in Scottsdale. I’m prepared to pay what it takes to get the job done on August 31 and September 1 (you would bring appropriate number of laborers etc). The job will be reviewed when I arrive on Monday afternoon August 30 (work to commence the following day). See pics (ramada in worse shape than pics show).
