KITTEN set to be captured and killed

I live downtown. Complex will not allow pets or something like that. Stray kitten showed up outside my section of complex on Saturday. Guessing 4-6 weeks old. Scared to death, doesn't want to be caught, but I have been feeding it (leaving food and water out) since Saturday. Just in the time I have been feeding it, it looks much healthier. I am trying to get it to trust me so I can grab and take it to APL. Complex called me saying neighbors complained (I have state rep and senators for neighbors so thank them. They are not even in town and aren't in town much at all but saw me on the Ring camera). Complex told me they are calling animal control...and you know what that means. I'll help you catch the kitten. Beautiful Siamese type of look. Don't know if it's a boy or girl. I'll pay for the spay or neuter fee. I have calls in to APL and Feline Ranch but they don't always accept. Come get this kitten, and once it trusts you, it would be a beautiful pet. 217 - 8THREE6- 0965
