We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to help get criminal trespass against people that are trespassing on our property in Belton. We were told that if the trespassers have no power turned on we only need criminal trespass and if there is the power we need eviction. It is a Large property I will need your help to figure out what is what. I need you to do the leg work and drafting pleadings and orders if needed. Written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as handling time-sensitive matters and meeting deadlines. Once they are gone we will request you when you are able to do random check ups to make sure no new ones have come. We also have also have other projects in this area. If you are not comfortable in dealing with police and trespassers, need not respond.
