Serious post here. I am an older guy who carries some extra weight but workout several days a week. Over the past 3 years I have developed a 75 minute dumbbell and core workout that after some time is showing some real results. While the weight loss has been slow and minimal the overall results have been rewarding. Strength, flexibility, improved joint function and even appearance in the mirror. I am no expert, just a guy who spent some time researching general weight training for seasoned citizens and focusing on my specific areas and limitations. I do this in my home so there is no fee and not a room full of onlookers and judgemental people. If you are someone who would be interested in joining me for workouts let's start some discussion. I must tell you I have a real aversion to any kind of tobacco use as well as drug use except prescription medications. My house is very clean but it certainly is not the Taj Mahal.
