American Janitorial Inc. is looking to fulfill an open Operations Manager Position. This position will primarily be located in Dunedin. We are a growing company looking for hard working dedicated people to join our team. Below are some requirements and on the job duties.
Requirements***
- Must be able to pass FDLE Background Check.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
- Must Have Flexible Schedule to work nights or weekends if needed.
- Must be knowledgeable about computers and Microsoft Office Apps.
- Preferred but not required experience in the Janitorial Industry.
Job Duties***
- Manage staffing, Hire/ Fire Cleaning Techs as needed to make sure all positions are covered.
- Customer Service.
- Training cleaning techs.
- Computer Work
- Quality Control Inspections
