Are you over 50, retired, sort of handy, but tired of being retired and looking for something interesting to do: We are a Custom home builder looking for the right person; our little company builds 10-15 houses a year all within an hour drive of Tampa. Office conveniently located in Seminole heights. We need a person who can work hours as needed. Some weeks 60 hours, some weeks 20 hours, most 40 or less (so you have plenty of time for weekend fishing) All hours depending on how individual projects are progressing. We need you to be in charge of keeping jobs tidy and clean so the sites look professional, this includes picking up trash, sweeping floors, general housekeeping. Also, yard work, yard maintenance, and everything in between, including keeping warehouse tidy and organized. So you will not get bored doing the same old same old. Also we have a couple of flatbed trucks with manual and automatic transmissions, so you need to be able to drive both without destroying our vehicles. We prefer someone over 50 for a lot of different reasons, including but not limited to; good attitude, larger knowledge base, and hopefully greater reliability. Deal Breakers: Important, (please read this twice so you get it, the following together or separate are deal breakers): Do not contact us if you do not have the following: 1. valid driver license with reasonable driving record. 2. cell phone. 3. reliable transportation to our office in Seminole Heights. 4. you must speak reasonably good English. 5. felony free (depends on what you did, so we can talk about this one if applicable) - I will check up on all the deal breakers, so if you cannot satisfy 1-5 above please do not waste your time or my time.
