We are currently seeking a Power Foreman for our Santa Ana, CA location. This position is permanent and full-time. Essential Functions: Understand all aspects of electrical power Knowledge of local utility company requirements, including electrical codes/specs, for proper installation of power poles to be energized and inspected by municipal department or private utility company Ensures power pole installation/removal to NCR specifications and customers' expectations. Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting between 50 and 100 pounds (2 person lifting requirements of over 100 pounds). Work with and handle electrical equipment. Ensure the quality of products delivered to the customer. Ensure safe and efficient operation of company tools and equipment. Maintain all equipment and tools in good condition. Maintain safe and clean work area. Perform other duties and/or tasks as requested or assigned. Ideal Candidate Possesses: Valid Class C Driver's License. Motor Vehicle Record must be within company guidelines. This position is required to drive a company vehicle, incumbent must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED Certificate 1-2 years of related work experience a plus Forklift experience a plus; Certification will be provided after hire. Solid verbal and written communication skills. ** Will be required to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT Medical Card (paid by NCR).
