We're looking for a part-time maintenance worker that could work on general maintenance needs for our apartments/small office building - which is located in Buffalo and one in Kenmore.
We're looking for someone that is proficient enough in various trades - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint, flooring install, etc.
If a tenant garbage disposal breaks - you know how to remove and replace it. If a water heater or furnace goes out, you will know how to fix it. Duties may include on-call issues (we don't have many) like "Hey ______ one of our tenant's kitchen sinks is leaking and water is going all over the place - could you run over there and see if you can fix it?"
Ideally, we're looking for someone that is retired and is looking for a part-time job to keep them busy - but are open to anyone that is proficient.
Pay is negotiable and dependent on your experience -
Our office is located on Niagara Street and Virginia Street. We'd like to interview ASAP -
