DaVero is looking for one person… Are YOU that person?? Harvest is rewarding, fast, and exciting. We want one person to join our quest to make the best 2021 wines... We think of our wines as time capsules – Biodynamically farmed, wild yeast fermented, aged in neutral oak - and we only get one shot a year to get it right! Is it your first harvest? You’ll be asked to do it all - vineyard visits, sampling fruit, cleaning (cleaning, cleaning), track and taste wild yeast fermentation, punch downs, press-offs, barrel down wine, and labor with love on all fronts… Oh, and you’ll need to be able to lift 45 lbs… Are you ready to join? Harvest is a grind, a rewarding one, and at the end we’re better off because of it. We all go home once the job’s done, so you can expect overtime. The position is seasonal and can begin anytime.
