I am a Licensed Zumba Instructor, and I offer a twist on Zumba. I bring the Caribbean to this workout session. She will help you find the rhythm in dance and stay pumped up. Along with The Hour class We do Step Aerobics with our boards! Offerings separate single classes of just Zumba and Just Step Aerobics.
