Need supervisor on sprinkler crew

We are a sprinkler irrigation company that installs residential sprinkler systems. I have a foreman on the job and then I have a 2nd supervisor who supervises 3 guys on the job. This supervisor will oversee the actions of three people and also work himself. This is a working / supervisor role. We work outside so you must be ok with working in dirt/ some digging required / and burying trenches that we have made. I will pay between $17.50-$20.00 per hour depending on your experience with sprinkler systems. No experience is necessary as we can train you.
